How to add Positive Coaching Alliance Training courses to your Requirement Library
Navigate to the Requirement Library tab.
Scroll down to "Positive Coaching Alliance Training." Choose one of the three training options: Coaching with Empathy, Coaching for Winning and Life's Lessons, or Triple Impact Competitor.
Click the plus button (+) next to your chosen training.
Configure Training Settings
You may rename the requirement in the Training Name field.
Select expiration settings from the Expiration dropdown menu.
If you select "Expires N days after completion", enter the number of days in the Days field.
Add custom instructions for the end user in the Instructions field.
Choose whether to Allow Manual Uploading of existing certifications.
Select a payment setup.
Choose whether the Organization Manager or the Individual pays.
Assign the Requirement
Assign the requirement to specific roles and groups in the Group & Role Assignments sidebar by checking the applicable checkboxes.
Save the Requirement
Click Save.
Users will receive an automated email notification from Ankored promoting them to login and complete the additional requirement.
