      Setting Up Amilia for Ankored Customers: A Step-by-Step Guide

      Part 1: Setup Ankored into Amila:

      Part 1: Configure Ankored into Amilia

      In your Amilia account navigate to the Apps section. Search for “Ankored” and active/configure the app.

      Part 1-2

      Part 2: Setup Tags in Amila for Sex Offender Results

      In the Tag section of your Amilia account, create the SexOffenderCheck status tags in the Amilia account:

      • SexOffenderCheck - PENDING
      • SexOffenderCheck - CLEARED
      • SexOffenderCheck - FAILED
      Part 2

      Part 3: Send Ankored your Amilia account name and Login Page URL name

      • Please send Ankored your Amilia account name
      • Please provide Ankored with the Login Page URL name.
      Part 3

      Last step: Select a Go-live date

      Connect with your Ankored CSM to choose a start date for the integration between Amilia and Ankored. This will allow members to sync into Ankored and initiate the Sex Offender Search.
