Explain the "Waiting on Provider" status

Learn more about the "Waiting on Provider" status and what you can do

This indicates that your background check application has been successfully submitted and is being processed by our provider. The provider is currently in the process of reviewing it. 

Typically, most background checks are processed within 3 business days. 

Occasionally, there might be a delay attributed to clerk assistance at the county level or other factors may contribute to a delay. If you are experiencing a delay, please reach out to Support@Ankored with your full name, email address and the date you submitted your application and we can help assist you further.  

Once your background check is finalized, you will receive a confirmation email from Support@Ankored.com with the subject line: Background check completed.
