Learn how to add an Admin to your account and get an overview of the Admin permissions
To add more Admins to your Ankored account, make sure you're within the top-level group, which corresponds to your Account name.
Select the +Add Members button, select Quick Add, enter the individual's email address and select Admin in the Role dropdown and click submit.
The individual will get an automated email from Support@Ankored.com inviting them to complete their Ankored profile.
In Ankored, roles and requirements go hand in hand. Each role also has a set of default permissions. As an Admin, you can:
- Ability to add, edit, and delete Groups: Users with this permission can manage groups within the Ankored platform, including creating new ones, modifying existing ones, and removing them as needed.
- Ability to invite users into Ankored and access Sign Up URLs: Users with this capability can send invitations to others to join Ankored and have access to the necessary URLs for signing up.
- Ability to add and edit requirements in the Requirement Library: Users can create, modify, and manage requirements within the Requirement Library of Ankored.
- Ability to assign and unassign requirements: This functionality allows users to allocate or remove requirements to/from other users within Ankored.
- Add, Delete & Edit roles: Users with this permission can manage roles within Ankored, including creating new roles, deleting existing ones, and modifying role permissions.
- Ability to access and view user profiles: Users can view the profiles of other users within the Ankored platform.
- Add & Remove files from other user’s requirements: Users are able to upload files to or remove files from requirements owned by other users.
- Ability to review all manually uploaded files & flagged background checks: Users have the authority to review and manage manually uploaded files as well as flagged background checks within Ankored.
- Controller of Billing: This user has control over the billing aspect of Ankored, which likely includes managing subscriptions, payments, and invoices.
- Ability to manually mark a user's requirement complete: Users can manually designate a requirement as complete on behalf of another user within Ankored.
- Ability to remove users from groups: Users can remove other users from groups within Ankored.
- Ability to change a user's assigned role: Users with this capability can modify the roles assigned to other users within Ankored.
- Access to the reporting functionality: Users can access and utilize reporting features within Ankored, likely to generate insights and analytics.
- Ability to view the group rosters for any assigned groups: Users can see the list of members within any groups they are assigned to within Ankored.
