How to edit the expiration date on a requirement?

Learn how to adjust the expiration date to a requirement

To set or modify the expiration date, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the requirement you want to update.

  2. Click on the pencil icon to edit.

There are three options for configuring expirations for requirements. Read below to understand what each option does.

 

  • Expires N Days After Completion: You will be asked to select the number of days after which the requirement will expire, based on its completion date.
  • Expires Annually on a Certain Date: You will be asked to enter the month and day you want this requirement to expire each year.
  • Does Not Expire: This requirement only needs to be completed once and does not require renewal.

3. Click on the save button to confirm the changes.

Helpful Tip:

Ankored provides proactive email notifications to users as requirement expiration dates approach. Notifications are sent at intervals of 30 days, 15 days, 7 days, and 3 days before the expiration date. This ensures that users are reminded well in advance to take necessary actions.
