Learn how to remove a user from your account
Do you have an individual that no longer is returning? Maybe they changed their mind and no longer want to volunteer? Read more to learn how to remove them below.- Navigate to the user’s profile in the Group dashboard
- Click the ellipsis at the user’s profile
- Select Remove User
As the Admin you are removing the user’s profile from the group. They will not be able to login to Ankored moving forward and you will not have access to any of their completed requirements.
