      ImPACT Baseline Test Overview

      Acceptable documentation for your ImPACT Baseline Test clearance

      Steps for Completing the ImPact Baseline Test, through Ankored.

      1. Login to your Ankored Account 
      2. View your requirements and select "Complete Online" for the ImPact Baseline Test Requirement.

      ImPact Baseline Test Steps: 

      1. Select "Buy Baseline Test" 
      2. You will be prompted to fill out the screen below:

      3. Fill out the necessary information, along with your credit card information, and select BUY TEST.

      Timeline: The test should take no longer than 45 minutes to complete. 

      Once the test is completed, please download your results, navigate back to Ankored, and upload for approval.

      To fulfill the ImPACT Baseline Testing requirement, the test must result in a Baseline score.

      How to upload your Completion Certificate in Ankored:

      1. Navigate to the requirement.
      2. Click on "Upload."
      3. Add the date to the "Originally Completed On Date" field. This is the date when the file was issued or completed.

      Note: An expiration date is set for each requirement. Files outside the provided expiration date cannot be uploaded.

      4. Click "Browse" and select the file from your saved folders.
      6. Click "Upload."

      Note: The requirement status will change from "Incomplete" to "Pending Review," triggering a workflow for the Admin of the Organization to review and approve it.

      Helpful Tips:

      • To complete this step, download the ImPACT Passport mobile app at https://baselinetesting.com/download-impact-passport-app/, then enter your first name, last name, birthday, and ImPACT Passport ID in the app.
      • After clicking Save, tap the confirmation option, take a screenshot of the confirmation screen on your mobile device, and upload it to your Ankored profile.

      File type accepted:

      • PDF
      • PNG
      • JPEG

      Once you have uploaded your results your Test status will show as "Pending Review"

      • An Ankored Admin will review your Test and you will receive an email letting you know if it is "Approved" or "Not Accepted."
      • If "Approved", nothing else is needed. Your status will go from Pending Review to Completed. If this is your last requirement, your overall compliance status will move from Incomplete to Cleared. This Cleared status is directly synced into LeagueApps.
      • If "Not Accepted" there will be information explaining why (such as "Incorrect form") and you will have the option to try again, or email Ankored Support: support@ankored.com
