How to Remind Users to Activate Their Profiles on Ankored
The Resend Activation Email feature is designed to help administrators remind users who haven't activated their Ankored profiles to do so. This is especially useful when a group of users needs to complete important requirements but hasn't yet activated their accounts.
By sending a reminder, you ensure that all pending users in the selected group are prompted to activate their profiles, making it easier for them to proceed with fulfilling their requirements on the platform.
How to Resend Activation Emails
- Select the Group: Start by selecting the specific group of users you want to send reminders from your Hierarchy.
- Click "Resend Activation Emails": This action will prepare the emails to be sent to all users in the selected group who haven't yet activated their accounts.
- Click "Send": Once you're ready, click "Send" to resend the activation invitations.
Note: This process will only send invitations to users who have not yet activated their accounts. Users who have already activated their accounts will not receive another email.
