This means the user has not activated their Ankored account.
To activate your Ankored account and complete your profile, please follow these steps:

Find the Activation Email: Check your email inbox (and your spam/junk folder, if necessary) for the activation email from Ankored.

Click the Activation Link: Open the email and click on the 'Activate Account' button provided. This will direct you to set up your Ankored profile.

Complete Your Profile: Follow the prompts on the Ankored website to complete your profile information. Make sure all required fields are filled out accurately.

How to Resend an Activation Email
If a user has not activated their profile, you can send them another reminder:
- Navigate to the Group where the user is listed.
- Click Resend Activation Email to send them another activation request.
Note: Resending the activation email invalidates the previous one, ensuring they use the most recent link.
By following these steps, you can help users complete their activation and gain access to Ankored.
