Rick has spent more than 15 years building technology for amateur and school sports. He was an executive at SportsEngine, the youth sports platform acquired by NBC Sports. He went on to serve as CEO of VNN Sports and rSchoolToday. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at General Electric, NBC and Univision.

At Ankored, Rick leads business development and the partner channel. His work puts Ankored inside the tools directors already use.

Rick has watched operators juggle registration, scheduling and compliance in separate systems for years. His answer is to bring compliance to them. For him, success is measured state by state and platform by platform: more programs where the right people are cleared to work with kids.

Jim is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience building secure, scalable platforms that handle mission-critical operations. Megan Brousseau is Ankored’s Director of Customer Support & Implementation, where she plays a key role in delivering a seamless onboarding and support experience for every organization we serve.

With nearly a decade of experience in customer success, implementation, and team operations, Megan brings deep expertise in building scalable processes that drive customer engagement and long-term success. She has led complex onboarding initiatives, developed best practices and success metrics, customized software solutions to meet client needs, and partnered closely with product teams to translate customer feedback into meaningful platform improvements.

Tanner is a growth strategist who knows firsthand what it means to compete at the highest level. A former Division I athlete at College of the Holy Cross, where he played both varsity hockey and varsity lacrosse, Tanner brings the discipline, teamwork, and competitive drive of elite athletics to Ankored's growth initiatives.

With experience working with youth sports organizations, governing bodies, and community programs, Tanner understands the passion and dedication that fuel youth sports—and the administrative challenges that can get in the way. As Director of Strategic Growth, he identifies new opportunities to expand Ankored's reach and impact, building relationships with key stakeholders and developing partnerships that advance the mission of youth sports safety.

Matthew also serves as a Board Member for Running USA and has worked with the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee, bringing a unique perspective on sports governance, athlete development, and organizational excellence. His experience spans grassroots youth programs to elite-level athletics, giving him insight into what it takes to build safe, successful sports environments at every level.
