Before Players Health, Lubrano served three national governing bodies (NGB) of sport--USA Lacrosse, USA Field Hockey, and USA Baseball--in Coaching Education, Sport Development, and Athlete Safety roles.

Meredith Thompson is a wife and mother and the Senior Director of Health & Safety at Unrivaled Sports, Meredith ensures the health, safety and wellness of our youth athletes remains a primary focus of our business as we grow. She centers her efforts advising on safety protocols, training, risk management and response plans. Throughout her career, Meredith has focused on child safety and wellness in various capacities over the years and earned her B.A. in psychology and Master’s in Counselor Education from McDaniel College.
